榄香烯治疗脑转移癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：总结榄香烯治疗脑转移癌３８例的临床疗效观察结果，有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）３９５％，其中ＣＲ２例；免疫功能指标Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８、ＩＬ－２含量、ＴＮＦ－α含量及ＬＣＴ均增加，Ｔ８下降；卡氏计分评估中，２１例评分增加，只有４例减少；除发生静脉炎及局部注射部位疼痛外，未见其它毒副作用。结果显示了榄香烯治疗恶性肿瘤的前景较好。cases of cerebral metastatic cancers were treated with Elemene.The results shawed that was more effective,and the total effective rate was 39 5%,and 2 patients were CR.The study showed that Elemene has immunoregulatory effects:It increased the level of T 3、T 4、T 4/T 8、IL-2、TNF-α and LCT,the level of T 8 was decreased.The study showed also that Elemene can improve qulity of life of the patients almorst side and toxity effects were hardly besides phlebitises and pain on the injection parts.
