摘 要:目的提高护士健康教育能力和健康教育效果。方法将持续质量改进方法应用于护士健康教育能力培训中,根据护士健康教育能力现状,制定改进计划,通过理论学习、实际操作训练、不同年资护士间互相交叉学习评价、阶段评价改进等方法实施。结果经过1年持续质量改进,护士在健康教育理论知识、技能运用、效果评价能力等方面均有提高,其中护龄在10年内的护士理论知识提高明显,改进前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者满意度及自我管理依从性提高,改进前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论持续质量改进对提高护士健康教育能力效果显著,患者满意度及自我管理依从性也均有显著改善。Objective To enhance nurses’ capability of health education and improve its effect.Methods The training of health education for nurses was conducted with continuous quality improvement,which was implemented with various forms.Training plan was made based on nurses’ current health education ability.The training included theory study,skill practice,integrated studying evaluations among different nurses.Results One-year continuous quality improvement witnessed nurses’ improvement in the aspects of theory study,practice skill and effect evaluation.There were statistical significances of the comparison for nurses working less than ten years before and after training(P〈0.05) and the comparisons for patients’ satisfaction and self-management(P〈0.01).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement achieved remarkable effect in the aspect of nurses’ health education capability.There are also improvement in patients’ satisfaction and compliance.
