摘　　要：学科建设是高等学校一项具有综合性、长远性的基础工作。地方高师院校要提升核心竞争力,必须明确地方高师院校学科建设的特点和价值;处理好学科建设与学校办学定位、办学特色、发展战略规划、地域特色、师资队伍建设、专业建设、课程建设、科学研究、教学工作、人才培养、学科文化和学科管理等关系。Disciplinary construction is a comprehensive, long -term basis task for colleges and universities. Local Normal colleges must clearly the characteristics and value of the disciplinary construction to enhance core competitiveness. We should handle well the relations of disciplinary construction and those foctors, such as the orientation of college, characteristics of college, the strategic of development, regional characteristics, teaching staff, subjects development, curriculum construction, scientific research, teaching, training, disciplinary culture and disciplinary management etc.
