摘　　要：文章从普通高校法学本科专业人才培养目标定位出发,探讨了构建法学专业实践教学体系的必要性。并立足于当前我国《刑事诉讼法学》课程教学实践中存在的缺陷和不足,阐述了如何构建符合人才培养目标需要的《刑事诉讼法学》实践教学体系。This paper from the undergraduate college of Law training targeting professionals in starting to explore the professional practice of building a legal necessity of teaching system.Then based on the current China＇s Criminal Procedure course teaching practice in the defects and deficiencies,described how to build targets in line with the needs of personnel training,＂Criminal Procedure＂ practice teaching system.
