摘　　要：校企一体化课程建设是校企一体化教育流程再造的关键,通过探求学院与企业的利益共同点,促进校企实质性的深度合作,以"契约"的形式约定校企双方在校企一体化课程建设过程中的责任与义务,可以保证校企一体化课程建设的顺利进行,实现学校、企业和学生的多方受益。Curriculum construction is the key to rebuilding the educational process of the college-enterprise integration.By seeking their common beneficial points,both parties can cooperate in depth in the form of ＂contract＂ which formulates both parties’ obligations and responsibilities in the process of curriculum construction,therefore,it will guarantee that curriculum construction goes smoothly so as to aid college,enterprise and students get benefits.
