P16蛋白表达与胃癌浸润转移关系的研究

摘　　要：采用链霉素抗生素蛋白—过氧化物酶连接法（Ｓ—Ｐ法），研究不同浸润深度胃癌及淋巴结转移性胃癌组织中Ｐ１６蛋白的表达。结果显示，Ｐ１６蛋白阳性表达率，浸润浅肌层胃癌为４８．００％，浸润深肌层及全层胃癌为４７．２２％，差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；３０例原发及淋巴结转移性胃癌的配对标本中，原发癌Ｐ１６蛋白表达阳性率为４６．６７％，转移癌为１６．６７％，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示：Ｐ１６蛋白表达缺失可能与胃癌转移有关。To investigate the relationship between expression of P16 protein and invasive depth and lymph node metastases of gastric carcinoma with the streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method(S P).There is no significant relationship between P16 protein expression and invasive depth of carcinoma.But the positive rate of P16 protein expression of lymph node metastases(16.67%) is significant lower than that of primary carcinoma(46.67%) in 30 pairs of samples.It is indication that the loss of expression of P16 protein may be correlated with metastases of gastric carcinoma.
