摘　　要：闽南地区有着丰富的茶文化资源,茶产业文化已初具规模,但由于茶文化教育推广的局限,闽南茶文化产业发展受到茶文化人才缺乏的限制。闽南茶产业文化教育模式有一些值得推广之处,应深入研究并以此为契机大力促进茶文化产业教育发展。Rich in tea culture sources,the south of Fujian has increasingly formulated tea industry culture.However,confined by the popularization of tea culture education,tea industry culture in this area is limited by the scarcity of tea culture talents.Tea indus-try culture education model in the south of Fujian is worth popularizing and great efforts should be exerted to promote the develop-ment of tea industry culture education.
