肾上腺肿瘤的影像学诊断价值64例分析

摘　　要：目的提高肾上腺肿瘤的诊断与治疗水平。方法回顾肾上腺肿瘤患者64例临床资料,总结影像学特征与病理的符合结果。结果 B超和CT及MRI对肾上腺肿瘤的定位诊断率分别为85%、96%和92%。在皮质腺瘤、嗜铬细胞瘤及肾上腺皮质癌等不同的组织类型间,CT和MRI具有相对特异的表现。结论影像学检查可以提供肾上腺肿瘤的定位和部分定性诊断,在诊断和治疗中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of adrenal tumors. Methods 64 eases of adrenal tumor treated were reviewed and to investigate the coincidence rate between imaging characteristics and pathologic resuhs. Results The positive rate of adrenal tumors diagnosed by B - ultrasonic CT scan and MRI was 85% ,96% and 92% respectively. Adrenocotical adenoma, pheochromocytoma and adrenocortical adenocarcinoma had their own specific imaging features on CT and MRI imaging, respectively. Conclusion Imaging examination may present important information for the diagnosis and localization of adrenal tumors,it has important application value for the diagnosis and treatment
