81例抑郁症患者中医证候特征的临床调查

摘　　要：[目的]探讨抑郁症的中医证候特征。[方法]应用自拟"抑郁症常见中医证候辨证参考标准"对确诊的81例抑郁症患者通过望、闻、问、切诊察,进行中医证候的辨证分型,建立抑郁症中医证候临床调查分析数据库,对统计结果进行分析。[结果]抑郁症患者证候类型分布:以气滞气逆为主,呈现多脏腑气机失调的特点,以脏腑兼证居多。基本符合课题组关于情志疾病病机证候"双核心"理论。[结论]情志致病的核心病机是以气滞气逆为主的气机失调,核心证候是气机失调证。[Objection]To explore the syndrome characteristics of depressive disorder.[Methods]We Investigated 81cases of depressive disorder patients by using Scale of Clinical Epidemiology of Common Traditional Chinese Syndrome Standard of Depression.To explore the syndrome characteristics of depressive patients.[Results]The Investigation showed that the symptoms of the depressive patients relate to multi-organs caused by disorders of Qi.Mainly of them caused by stagnation of Qi.[Conclusion]The result was accord to the theory of＂Double Core＂on psychological disease.The core pathogenesis of emotion disease was mainly disorder of movement of qi with obscure complexion and adverse rising of qi. The core syndrome was disorder of movement of qi.
