摘　　要：目的揭示《国立湘雅医学院院刊》医学传播内容及其科技史价值,为勾勒抗战大后方高校科学教育和科技发展脉络提供新线索。方法在调阅1941—1943年《国立湘雅医学院院刊》原始文献的基础上,采用原始文献考证、医学内容分析与科学史研究方法。结果该刊忠实地记载了湘雅医学院概况;反映了湘雅医学院医学学术活动情况;自觉担负抗日救亡的社会责任,重视战时医学内容传播;刊载了在战时艰苦条件下取得的一批医学学术最新成果。结论该刊为战时中国高等科学教育史和科学技术史的重要组成部分,首发日本帝国主义常德细菌战的研究成果,并为偏僻的贵州传统科学文化注入西方现代医学的新元素,是研究抗战时期中国知识分子在艰苦条件下长途西迁,流离失所,不懈探索,以所学报国救国的一块珍贵"化石"。Aim To reveal the spreading medical contents of Journal of State-run Xiangya Medical College and its value of history of science and technology,and to throw light on outlining the research context of the education of science in colleges and universities and its history of science and technology in rear area during the Anti-Japanese War.Methods On the basis of consulting the original material of this journal published from 1941 to 1943,investigating the original material,analyzing its medical contents and researching its history of science and technology.Results Not only the overview of Xiangya Medical College,but also the latest academic achievements during the war have been veritably recorded and published in this journal.Conclusion This journal is one of the most indispensible parts in the development of the advanced education of science and its history of science and technology.And the research achievements of the germ war started by Japanese in Changde have been revealed,which is obviously the first time in our country.Besides,advanced western medicine was brought in and combined with the traditional medicine in Guizhou Province.It′s a precious portrait of Chinese intelligentsia′s patriotism and academic courage during the war.
