摘　　要：吕柟是明代中期关中地区的著名理学家,在阳明心学昌盛之时,他坚持程朱理学的基本立场,同时通过与心学学者的论学交往,反思了程朱理学的不足,修正了自己的部分观点,以争取与心学更大的对话空间。吕柟的这种学术取向客观上促进了理学与心学在关中地区的共同发展。Lv Nan was a famous Neo-Confucianism Scholar of Guanzhong Plain in Ming Dynasty.He adhered to the Cheng-Zhu Confucian School and introspected it through communication with scholars of Xinxue at the peak of Yang-ming Xinxue,then he corrected his viewpoint in order to obtain more chance of dialogue with Xinxue.His academic orientation advanced development of Neo-confucianism and Xinxue objectively in Guanzhong Plain.
