摘 要:以秋葵幼胚为试材,筛选较适合幼胚萌发和成苗的培养基,并研究胚龄分别为开花后4 d、6 d、8 d、10 d的幼胚萌发率和成苗率.结果表明,秋葵幼胚萌发和成苗的适宜培养基分别为Qz(Ms+0.1 mg/mL BA+1.0 mg/mL GA3)和QG(Ms+0.5mg/mL GA3);开花后8 d的幼胚萌发率和成苗率最高.由此建立秋葵幼胚培养的方案.Immature embryos of okra were used to screen the optimum medium of germination and seedling.Embryos with different developing stage(4,6,8 and 10 days after florescence) were investigated in their germinating rate and seedling rate.The results showed that Qz(Ms + 0.1 mg / mL BA + 1.0 mg /mL GA3) was the effective medium of germination and QG(Ms + 0.5 mg /mL GA3) was the effective medium of seedling.Immature embryos after flowering 8 d have highest germinating and seedling rate.The protocol for immature embryo culture of okra was established.
