大学生家庭性教育状况调查研究

摘　　要：通过对360名17-25岁大学生的匿名自填式问卷调查,了解目前家庭性教育开展状况及其存在的问题,为充分发挥家庭在性教育中的重要作用及进一步促进青少年的性健康提供依据.结果发现,87.5%的学生认为家长有必要对孩子进行性教育,但高达33.6%和39.4%的学生在家庭中从未或几乎未接受过性教育.接受过家庭性教育的对象中,64.0%的学生只接受过母亲的性教育,仅有10.5%的学生接受过来自父母双方的性教育,且36.8%和32.6%的学生在问题出现时甚至出现之后才得到性教育,94.1%的学生认为家庭性教育对自己有影响,且认为影响很大(9.3%)或较大(35.1%).面对孩子的性疑问,高达60.0%的父母要么含糊其辞要么有选择地回答,有7.5%、12.5%的学生家长分别无能力回答或不允许孩子询问相关问题.89.4%的学生认为父母不是个人性问题最佳求助途径.目前大学生家庭性教育状况不尽如人意.因此,应加强对家长的宣传教育,提高其教育责任意识和教育能力.In order to understand the situation of family sex education and to identify the main problem,meanwhile to fully exert the vital role of family in sexual education and to provide principles for futher promoting sexual health of adolescents,360 college students aged 17-25 were investigated with annoymous self-administered questionnaire.Although 87.5% of the students agreed that family sex education was necessary to provide for them,up to 33.6% and 39.4% of the students have never or nearly never received sex education in family.Among these who have received sex education,64.0% of the students received sexual education from their monthers,only 10.5% from parents,while 36.8% and 32.6% of them acquired sex education when they ecountered problems or even after that.However 94.1% of the students think family sex education have impacts on themselves,and the influences are significant（9.3%） or even more（35.1%）.In face of sex questions from adolescents,up to 60.0% of the parents vaguely or selectively answer,7.5 or 12.5% of the parents are not able to answer or don t allow child to consult realted issues.89.4% of the students think that parents are not the best consultive way to solve personal sexual problems.Family sex education was far from the satisfactory,therefore,the propagandist education of parents should be enhanced to raise their educational responsibility awarness and capability of education.
