摘　　要：上海沦陷后,汪伪当局为统制上海文艺,主要利用了以下手段:掌握现代传播媒介,制定新闻出版法规,对文化人进行威逼利诱,筹组文学团体,渗透日本战时文化思想,策划"和平文学"运动。After Shanghai being occupied by Japanese,Wang＇s puppet authorities mainly used the following means to control Shanghai literature and art： controlling modern mass media,working out regulations of news publication,threatening and enticing the intellectual,establishing literary groups to infiltrate Japanese culture and thought during the war,planning ＂peace literature＂ movement.
