地方医学院校毕业生就业见习基地建设探析

摘　　要：地方性医学院校毕业生因其专业性较强和地域的限制,就业难的问题日益突出,就业见习基地建设的提出和运行适应和符合了市场需求,为其开辟了新的领地,已逐渐成为地方医学院校成功就业的新的支撑点。见习基地建设是用人单位选拔人才的创新,见高校毕业生就业推荐机制的创新。见习基地的建设应根据宏观协调,整体联动的原则,互利双赢的原则。同时,还应建立双向选择的网络平台,建立对见习基地单位的激励机制。It is more and more serious that the graduates from local medical colleges are difficult to get a job because of their profession and regional limitation.The practice base has gradually become a successful employment support for local medical colleges.It is a creative method for choosing talents and recommending graduates.The construction of practice base should be based on the macro-control,interaction and win-win principles.In the meantime,the network platform of two-way choice and the motivation system to practice base should be set up.
