摘　　要：研究了高速自动包装膜专用线型低密度聚乙烯DFDA7042H的性能。DFDA7042H具有较好的流动性,熔融挤出拉伸断裂时的牵引速率较大,因而吹膜时的牵引速率较快。DFDA7042H加工工艺稳定、易于控制,成膜性能良好,薄膜透明性、开口性和综合力学性能好,是理想的高速自动包装膜专用树脂。The authors studied the properties of speciality resin linear low density polyethylene DFDA7042H for high speed automatic packaging film. DFDA7042H had good flowability, and the fast tractive rate at break of the resin during melt extrusion led to its high pulling rate during film blowing. DFDA7042H could be processed stably and controllably, and blown into film easily. The film made of the resin exhibited excellent transparency, anti-blocking and comprehensive mechanical properties. Therefore, DFDA7042H is deemed as desirable speciality resin for high speed automatic packaging film.
