摘　　要：目的:观察A型肉毒毒素与无水酒精治疗Meige综合征临床疗效。方法:58例Meige综合征患者随机分为A型肉毒毒素治疗组(28例)和无水酒精治疗组(30例),定期随访观察两者疗效。结果:A型肉毒毒素治疗组和无水酒精治疗组比较疗效无显著性差异,两者副作用临床差别不大,且都可以在一定时间内恢复。结论:无水酒精面神经毁损治疗Meige综合征安全、有效、简便,可作为Meige综合征的一种治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the effects of the botulinum toxin type A and ethanol used in patients of Meige syndrome.Methods：58 patients of Meige syndrome were divided into A group（were injected botulinum toxin type A,n=28） and B group（were injected ethanol,n=30）randomly.Then the effects at different stage were compared.Results：The effects were no significantly between A groups and B groups（P0.05）.The side effects of two groups were no significantly too,and can recovery in a few weeks.Conclusion：The method of damaging facial nerve to treat the patients of Meige syndrome is a simple and quite safe effective technology.
