摘 要:目的探索低龄小学生家庭的视力健康干预措施,为开展学生视力健康促进工作提供参考。方法选择学校条件齐同的肇庆市一年级新生,以奇偶数班别等距划分干预组和非干预同期对照组,以单盲法获得自愿接受连续干预3a对象,以家庭用眼环境改善率、学生健康用眼行为建立率、视力不良率、视力等级变化为研究效应指标。结果干预组多项效应指标优于对照组,其中自身对照显示其视力不良率保持不变而对照组上升。视力等级前后Kappa一致性检验变异小,而对照组变异大,视力正常人群维持率高于对照组,视力等级随学龄增加变重趋势不显著(χ2=2.685,P=0.101),而对照组加重趋势显著(χ2=7.068,P=0.008)。结论实施低龄小学生家庭视力健康促进措施依从性好,能有效防控学生视力不良发生、发展。Objective To explore the visual health promotion model in younger primary students,and to provide evidence for the vision intervention.Methods Single-blind method was use to study the "home-school visual health promotion" intervention on the first grade students in primary school for 3 years,indicators including the rate of changes in eye use behavior in household environment,the rate of students who develop healthy eye use behavior consciously,visual acuity defect rate,and changes in visual acuity level were counted before and after test.Results Many of the indicators in the intervention group were better than that in the control group.The Kappa consistency test showed that the variation of grade changes in visual acuity became smaller in the intervention group but larger in the control group.The rate of normal vision maintaining in intervention group was higher than that in control group,the trend of the decrease in visual acuity levels decreased with the increase of school-age,but it had no statistical significance(χ2=2.685,P=0.101).There was a significantly trend chi-square in the control group that the visual acuity levels decreased as the increase in the school age of the subjects(χ2=7.068,P=0.08).Conclusion The model of "Home-School Vision Health" has a good effect in compliance and can prevent the development of poor vision in primary school students which is worthy of spreading in school and in family.
