摘  要:目的分析眼挫伤后眼前段损伤超声生物显微镜扫描及其临床价值。方法使用SW-3200型全景超声生物显微镜对98例(108眼)眼挫伤进行检查。分别扫描采集3、6、9、12点位的图像,结合临床了解眼前段组织结构的变化与损伤。结果 92眼有2种以上眼前段组织损伤者占85.19%。超声生物显微镜显示前房渗出/积血17眼,前房角后退10眼,虹膜根部断离9眼,悬韧带断裂/晶状体脱位13眼,玻璃体脱出9眼,睫状体脱离/前部脉络膜脱离29眼,继发性青光眼10眼。结论超声生物显微镜在眼前段外伤时,尤其在屈光间质浑浊或低眼压时,可显示普通眼部检查和眼B超不能显示的病变,并能进行组织形态学的定量测量,为诊断和治疗提供确切的依据。Objective To analyze the changes of ocular ranterior segment structure using ultrasound biomicroscope and their clinical values in blunt eye injury. Methods 108 eyes with no-opening wound in blunt eye injury were examined by SW-3200 ultrasound biomicroscope. Scanning photography of central and 3,6, 9,12 clock hour were recorded and printed. The se records were studied with clinical findings. Results Ultrasound biomicroscope findings showed that 17 eyes had hyphema,10 eyes had anterior chamber angkrecession,9 eyes had iridodialysis,13 eyes had local luxationoflens,9 eyes had vitreous heniain anterior chamber,19eyes had cyclodialysis,29 eyes anterior choroidalde tachment and 10 eyes had anterior vitreous haemorrhage. Of the 92 eyes,2 eyes had combined structure changes showed above,which account 85. 19% . Conclusion Ultrasound biomicroscope is a practical tool for diagnosis of anterior segment structure changes in blunt eye in- jury,especially when there are coreaopacity,hyphema,cyclodialy- sis,ocular hypotension and others. It can provide exact informa- tions for the diagnosis and treatment,which can not be showed by routine ocular examination and B - scanning ultra sonography.
