摘　　要：目的探讨鞍区占位性病变术后视力消失的防治。方法回顾性分析鞍区占位性病变术后视力消失病例,计垂体腺瘤10例,颅咽管瘤3例。结果术后积极治疗,仅2例恢复有限视力。结论鞍区术后视力立即消失,应着重术中预防和积极治疗。Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of visual loss after surgery of sellar region tumors. Methods Clinical data of thirteen patients who suffered sudden visual loss after sellar tumor surgery were retrospectively analyzed,including ten cases of pituitary adenoma and three craniopharyngioma. Results Among the thirteen sellar tumor patients visual acuity of only two cases partly recovered by active treatment. Conclusion Prevention and active treatment should be emphasixed for sudden visual loss cases after sellar tumor surgery.
