大兴安岭林业工人眼外伤调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨林业工人眼外伤的特点和防治。方法将我院近10年来收治的林业工人眼外伤致伤原因,工作环境,就诊时间,致残率,预后视力,进行分析评价。结果眼外伤186例。男175例,女11例。主要致伤原因为外力机械性致伤,盲目率21.43%。林业工人眼外伤均为青壮年,致残率高。结论林业工人眼外伤与工作环境,气候,基层医疗条件有关。加强工人安全意识,提高基层医院诊治水平,缩短就诊时间,早期正确治疗至关重要。Objective Analyze and discuss the reason,prevention and cure to forestry workers’ocular injury. Methods Analyze ocular injury according to injury reason,work environment,the time of visit doctor,mutilation rate,prognosis of vision. Results In 186 cases,175 cases of man and 11 cases of women. The main injury reason was external force,blindness rate was 20. 96% . Conclusion Forestry workers’ocular injury taken place in youth,had high mutilation rate,related to work environment,climate and the lever of medical treatment. It is important to reinforce the workers’ safety consciousness,improve the level of medical treatment,shorten the period of visit doctor and correct treat as soon as possible.
