糖尿病患者白内障行晶状体超声乳化术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术临床疗效及并发症。方法对36例(42眼)糖尿病患者晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 42眼手术后随访12月,术后视力≥0.6者33眼,占78.57%。结论糖尿病患者血糖控制在理想范围内再行晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术是可行的。Objective To analysis diabetic patients with cataract of the clinical efficacy and complication with ultrasonic phaco emulsification surgery with intraocular lens implantation. Method 36 cases （42 eyes） of diabetic with cataract ultrasonic phaco emulsification and intraocular lens implantation carried out retrospective study of clinical data. Results After surgery of 36 cases （42 eyes） ,the average observation of 12 months,post-operative visual acuity of 0. 5 or above in 33 eyes,accounting for 78. 6% of the total. Conclusion If the blood glucose of diabetic patients was controlled in the normal range,the ultrasonic emulsification cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation was feasible.
