摘 要:目的分离、鉴定毛冬青(Ilex pubescens)中的酸性、酚性、皂苷类化学成分。方法采用水提、醇沉、醋酸乙酯萃取或乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离,得到11个化学成分,运用IR、UV、MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR等光谱法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了11个化合物:3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(1);decumbic acid(2);富马酸(3);3,4-二咖啡酰鸡纳酸(4);琥珀酸(5);ilexgenin A(6),毛冬青皂苷B1(7);毛冬青皂苷B2(8);毛冬青皂苷甲(9);毛冬青酸(10)和β-谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物2~5是首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物2为首次从高等植物中获得,化合物10是首次从天然产物中获得,根据DEPT碳谱,首次对其碳信号进行了归属。Objective To isolate acidity,phenolic、tritepene saponins from the roots of Ilex pubescens and to identify their structures.MethodsThe compounds were isolated by solvent extract and silica gel chromatography and their structures were determined by IR,UV,MS,1H NMR,13C NMR etc..ResultsEleven compounds were isolated from Ilex pubescens.They were identified as protocatechuic aldehyde(1),decumbic acid(2),fumanric acid(3),3,4-dicaffeoyl-quinic acid(4),succinic acid(5),ilexgenin A(6),ilexsaponin B1(7),ilexsaponin B2(8),ilexsaponin A1(9),ilexolic acid(10)andβ-sitostrol(11).ConclusionCompounds(2~5)was obtained from the plant for the first time,in which(2)was first isolated from higher plant,and(10)was obtained from the natural product for the first time and its 13CNMR signal was assigned by DEPT.
