摘 要:目的:探讨高职新生心理健康与情绪稳定性、自尊、儿童心理虐待和忽视之间的关系,使用结构方程模型进行验证。方法:采用方便取样,选取湖南省某职业技术学院2007级医学专业新生的740名,用症状自评量表、艾森克人格调查问卷-N维度、自尊量表、儿童心理虐待和忽视量表进行测查。结果:儿童心理虐待和忽视对高职新生心理健康、情绪稳定性、自尊有直接影响(β=0.18,-0.39,-0.36;均P<0.001);情绪稳定性、自尊对心理健康有直接影响(β=-0.66,-0.18;均P<0.001);情绪稳定性和自尊在儿童心理虐待和忽视影响高职新生心理健康的过程中起着中介作用(z=25.81,9.84;均P<0.01)。结论:高职新生的情绪稳定性、自尊、儿童心理虐待和忽视对心理健康的影响方式得到了结构方程模型的支持。情绪稳定性、自尊在儿童心理虐待和忽视影响高职新生心理健康过程的中介作用,表明可以从自尊培养、情绪管理方面出发改善他们的心理健康状态。Objective: To explore the relationship of vocational college freshmen'mental health with neuroticism, self-esteem, childhood psychological abuse and neglect, and validate that by structure equation modeling. Methods: A convenient sample of 740 freshmen from a certain vocational college of Hunan Province were surveyed with the Self-Esteem Scale ( SES ), Eysenck Personality Questionnaireneuroticism ( EPQ-N ), Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale ( CPANS ), and Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL-90 ) . Results: Childhood psychological abuse and neglect had significant direct effect on vocational college students' mental health, neuroticism, and self-esteem (β =0. 18, -0. 36, -0. 39; Ps 〈0. 001 ) . Neuroticism and self-esteem had significant direct effect on mental health (β = -0. 66, -0. 18 ; Ps 〈0. 001 ) . Results of the multivariate delta method indicated that both neuroticism and seLf-esteem served as a partial mediator of the relation between childhood psychological abuse and neglect and vocational college students'mental health (z =25.81, 9. 84; Ps 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The effects of vocational college students'neuroticism, self-esteem and childhood psychological abuse and neglect on mental health have been supported in this study. The mediating roles of self-esteem and neuroticism suggest salient leverage points for change through self-esteem enhancement and emotion management in vocational college students.
