摘  要:[目的]建立植物蛋白饮料中三聚氰胺高效液相色谱测定法。[方法]样品经高氯酸溶液溶解,超声振荡提取,离心后取上清液2ml,固相萃取柱净化,进行HPLC分析;色谱柱为Waters SunFire-C18(4.6mm×250mm);流动相为甲醇:庚烷磺酸钠-柠檬酸缓冲溶液(35︰65,V︰V);检测波长为240nm;流速为0.7ml/min;样品进样体积为20μl;保留时间约5.9min。[结果]该方法检测三聚氰胺的最低检出限是:0.282mg/L;标准曲线相关系数:0.9998;回收率为94.75%~98.44%;相对标准偏差小于2.00%。[结论]本法检测植物蛋白饮料中三聚氰胺含量快速,灵敏度高。[Objective] To develop an analytical method for determing melamine in the vegetable protein drinks by highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Methods] Samples were dissolved in perchloric acid.After ultrasonic exstraction and centrifugation,2 ml supernatant liquid was purified by solid-phase extraction column,and then detected with HPLC.Wa-ters SunFire C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm) and sodium heptanesulfonate-critric acid buffer solution containing 35%(V ︰ V) methanol were used.The detection wavelength was 240 nm,the flow rate was 0.7 ml /min,the injection volume was 20 μl,and the retention time was about 5.9 min.[Results] TThe detection limit and the linear correlation coefficient were 0.282mg /L and 0.9998,respectively.The recoveries were between 91.22% and 96.68%,the relative standard deviation was below 2.00%.[Conclusion] The method for the detection of melamine in the vegetable protein drinks was fast and highly sensitive.
