摘　　要：阐述了自然灾害的种类、发生的时间规律及在我国的特点与分布．论述了自然灾害与人类生存与发展的关系，认为自然灾害是人类可持续发展的一大障碍，严重影响人类社会与经济发展．采取有效的措施，预防和减轻自然灾害对人类的侵袭，明确减灾工作的框架设想，降低自然灾害造成的损失，才能使人类生存的自然环境向更加良性的循环方向持续发展．By dealing with the natural disaster types, occurring time, the characteristics and relation distrbution of natural disasters in China, human survival and development was discussed. Natural disasters are a big obstruct of human continuous development seriously affect human society and economic development, mankind must take effective steps to prevent and mitigate natural disasters. The frame of disaster mitigation must be clear cut, so as to make natural disaster loss the lowest, to have human society develop along the direction of high civilization pregress.
