摘　　要：目的评估结肠腺瘤组织中Ｐ５３蛋白表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ方法，采用单克隆抗体ＤＯ－７检测５６例结肠腺瘤组织中Ｐ５３蛋白的表达。结果增生性息肉和轻度异型增生腺瘤Ｐ５３表达均为阴性，随着腺瘤不典型增生程度的加重。Ｐ５３表达阳性率增高，染色逐渐加深。当腺瘤癌变时Ｐ５３反应最强，不同类型腺瘤中Ｐ５３表达显著不同（Ｐ＜００５）。结论检测结肠腺瘤组织中Ｐ５３蛋白表达，对判断腺瘤的癌变倾向有重要意义。Objective To assess the significance of P 53 protein expression in colorectal adenoma.Methods Using the monoclonal antibody DO-7,56 cases of colorectal adenoma (7 proliferative,13 tubular,13 tubular villous,23 villovs adenomas were studied for P 53 protein by immunohisto chemical LSAB method.Results P 53 protein was not observed in proliferative polyps and adenomas with low grade dysplasia.As the grade of dysplasia increased,the frequency and degree of P 53 protein expression also increased.P 53 protein expression was most often seen in villous adenomas( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The assay of P 53 protein in colorectal adenoma is helpful to early discovery of colorectal adenocarcinomas.
