两种固化方式对树脂纤维桩粘接强度的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究双重固化及化学固化两种固化方式对根管与纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法:16颗新鲜拔除的上颌中切牙,截除牙冠,经过完善的根管充填后,进行桩道制备,生理盐水冲洗桩道,全酸蚀桩道内牙本质表面,将16颗牙随机分成A、B两组,每组8颗。A组在明亮室内用双重固化树脂粘接剂完成纤维桩在根管内的粘接。B组在X光暗室内采用化学固化树脂粘接剂完成纤维桩在根管内的粘接,两组完成此过程后进行冷热循环,横向截取1mm的实验切片,用薄片推出实验测量粘接强度,采集实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:A组双重固化树脂粘接强度(113.72±2.76)N,B组化学固化树脂粘接强度(117.81±1.92)N,t检验显示P<0.05,两者有显著性差异。结论:化学固化方式纤维桩粘接强度大于双重固化方式纤维桩粘接强度。Objective：To study adhesive strength of fiber post by using dual-curing and chemical curing methods on the root canal.Methods：Sixty freshly extracted maxillary central incisors,cut away the crown,after a good root canal,for post space preparation,saline wash Pile Road,all within the post space dentin etching the surface of the 16 teeth were randomly divided into A,B two groups of eight.A group in bright room with dual-cured resin adhesive was used to complete fiber post bonding in root canals.B group X-dimming interior chemically cured resin adhesive to complete fiber post bonding in root canals,two sets of hot and cold were done after the completion.The experimental lateral interception was 1mm slices,experimental measurement of bonding strength with the launch was done,experimental data was collected for statistical analysis.Results：A group of dual-cured resin adhesive strength was（113.72±2.76） N,B group of chemical-cured resin adhesive strength was（117.81±1.92） N,t tests was showed P0.05,had significant difference.Conclusion：Chemical curing adhesive strength of fiber post is more than double mode fiber post curing adhesive strength.
