摘 要:纤维素纤维与聚酯纤维混纺产品定量化学分析采用国家标准GB/T2910.11-2009《纺织品定量化学分析第11部分:纤维素纤维与聚酯纤维的混合物(硫酸法)》,即干重约为1g的试样需加入200 mL的试剂,在50℃±5℃下保温1h,在此期间振动6次。该方法不但测试周期长,而且试剂用量和耗能均较大。为此,以涤/棉65/35针织产品为例,采用新的试验方法,研究涤棉混纺产品定量分析方法。试验表明:75%硫酸,在常温下(15-35℃)振荡15-30 min,其结果与国家标准所得结果一致。此方法操作简单,结果准确,不但节约成本,而且提高了工作效率。The quantitative analysis of polyester cotton blend product is based on the GB/T 2910.11-2009《Textile-Quantitative chemical analysis-Part 11:Mixtures of cellulose and polyester fibres(method using sulfuric acid)》,e.g.the sample with its dry weight of about 1g needs 200mL reagent,heating preservation for about 1h under 50℃±5℃ condition with shaking for 6 times.The test cycle of this method is long,and also the dosage of the reagent and the dissipation energy are both larger.In this paper,a new test method was proposed to do the quantitative analysis of the 65/35 polyester/cotton blend product.The results indicated that adding 75%sulfuric acid with 200 mL and shaking for 15 min-30 min at the normal temperature of 15℃-30℃,the test result was consistent with the testing result with GB/T 2910.11-2009.The method was simple,accurate,cost effective and efficient.
