老年高血压患者合并抑郁状态与性别的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压患者合并抑郁状态与血5-羟色胺(5-HT)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平及性别的相关性。方法老年高血压患者260例,男134例,女126例。患者通过汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、老年抑郁量表(GDS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)筛查抑郁状态,用荧光光度法测定5-HT水平,ELISA法测定IL-6水平。结果 43.46%(113/260)的老年高血压患者合并抑郁,男性抑郁发病率为35.07%(47/134),女性为52.38%(66/126),合并抑郁的老年高血压患者血浆5-HT水平明显高于未合并抑郁患者[(53.6±12.8)μg/L和(24.6±10.8)μg/L,P=0.004)],IL-6水平也明显升高[(38.12±12.74)ng/L和(22.45±10.12)ng/L,P=0.007]。结论老年高血压患者合并抑郁状态存在性别差异,女性高于男性,且合并抑郁的高血压患者血浆中5-HT、IL-6水平升高。Objective To explore the association between depression and gender and the association between depression and the levels of 5-hydroxyptamine （5-HT） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 260 patients with hypertension （134 males and 126 females） were enrolled in this study.The depression status was evaluated with Hamilton Depression rating scale（HAMD）,Gerontism Depression Scale （GDS）,and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）.The plasma levels of 5-HT and IL-6 were determined by fluorescence photometry and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Results The overall incidence of depression was 43.46% （113/260） （male：35.07%;female：52.38%）.The plasma levels of 5-HT [（53.6±12.8） μg/L] and IL-6 [（38.12±12.74） ng/L] in patients with depression were significantly higher than those in patients without depression （24.6±10.8）μg/L,P=0.004;（22.45±10.12）ng/L,P=0.007;respectively）.Conclusion Women are relatively easier to get depression among patients with hypertension.The plasma levels of 5-HT and IL-6 in plasma may increase in patients with hypertension accompanied with depression.
