游泳对妊娠小鼠外周血CD4/CD8 T细胞和IgG水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察持续性游泳对妊娠期小鼠外周血CD4/CD8T细胞和血清IgG水平的影响。方法成年昆明种妊娠期小鼠分别进行持续时间不同的游泳训练,采用ELISA法检测抗体、免疫组化法测外周血T细胞亚群。结果各试验组孕鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞数量均增多,CD8+T与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);适宜游泳可增加血清IgG的含量,试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期间进行适宜的游泳可增加妊娠小鼠外周血CD4/CD8T细胞和血清IgG水平。Aim To observe the impact of swimming on the levels of CD4/CD8T cells and IgG in peripheral blood of gestitional mice. Methods The levels of IgG antibody and subsets of T-lymphocyte in peripheral blood of adult gesfitional mice after continous swimming were detected by ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Results The quantity of T-lymphocyte in mice of each goup was ineeases and the levels of CD8^ ＋ was significantly inceases as compared to that of the controls （P〈0.01）. The levels of IgG antibody was also increased after swimming, showing significant different differences compared to that of Observation group II and the controls （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adequate swimming can enhance the leves of CD4/CD8T and IgG antibody and CD4/CD8T lymphoctes in gestitional mice..
