摘　　要：自卑是大学生众多心理问题中一种较为常见的现象,也是导致大学生素质缺失的主要方面之一,自卑心理不仅影响到大学生个体的学习、生活和工作的正常进行,而且还影响到他们的将来。文章通过分析当代大学生自卑心理的表现、特点、及其形成的原因,针对性的提出克服自卑心理的具体方法,以帮助大学生消除自卑心理障碍,努力培养健全的个性。self-esteem of college students in a number of psychological problems,a more common phenomenon,but also led to loss of the main aspects of the quality of university students,one of inferiority affects not only the individual students learn,live and work normally,but also affects the their future.This paper seeks to inferiority complex by analyzing the performance of contemporary college students,characteristics,and the formation of the reasons put forward to overcome the inferiority complex targeted specific ways to help students eliminate the psychological barrier of inferiority,and strive to cultivate a sound personality.
