摘　　要：在目前严峻的就业形势下，大学生在就业问题上极易产生各种心理问题，本文着重分析就业心理问题的各种表现，并找出相应的调适方法，以帮助大学生克服心理困扰，树立正确的就业、择业观，成功走向社会。In the current severe employment situation and pressure, the graduates can easily have various psychological problems in the employment. This essay focuses on the performance of graduates＇ psychological problems in the eniployment and the COtTesponding adjustment methods to help them overcome the psychological distress, establish conect employment and career outlook in order to step into the society successfully.
