老年人脉压和脉压指数水平与心脑血管事件的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人脉压（PP）和脉压指数（PPI）变化特点与心脑血管事件的关系。方法对唐山市3 850名老年人集中体检,PP水平分为四个层次,≤60 mm Hg,60～80 mm Hg,80～100 mm Hg和〉100 mm Hg。PPI水平分为四组,≤0.400,0.401～0.500,0.501～0.600和〉0.600,分析各组血压指标特点及与心脑血管病事件的关系。结果随着收缩压的增加,PP、PPI相应增加（P〈0.001）。随着PPI水平增加,舒张压呈下降趋势（P〈0.01）。脑卒中和冠心病患病率的增加与PP、PPI水平的提高有关（P〈0.05）。结论 PP和PPI反映了老年人的血压变化特点,并与心脑血管事件有关。Objective To investigate the levels of pulse pressure（PP） and pulse pressure index（PPI） in the elderly and to analyze the relationship between PP/PPI and cardio cerebrovascular events.Methods 3850 elderly person（aged≥60 years） were divided into 4 subgroups according to the level of PP≤60 mm Hg,60～80 mm Hg,80～100 mm Hg,100 mm Hg and PPI ≤0.400,0.401～0.500,0.501～0.600,0.600 respectively.The levels of PP,PPI,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP） and the cardiovascular prevalence rate were analysized.Results PP and PPI increased when SBP increased（P0.01）.The incidence of cardiovascular prevalence rate increased when the levels of PP and PPI were higher（P0.05）.Conclusion PP and PPI play an important role for the blood pressure of the elderly and are related with cardiovascular events.
