经胃镜置入肠梗阻导管治疗急性小肠梗阻疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经胃镜置入肠梗阻导管治疗急性小肠梗阻的效果。方法对大连大学附属新华医院2006-05-2009-08 26例急性小肠梗阻患者,采用经胃镜置入肠梗阻导管减压的方法进行保守治疗。结果全部病例经肠梗阻导管减压后(2.0±1.5)d,腹胀症状明显缓解(P<0.05),无并发症发生,未再行手术治疗。结论肠梗阻导管能更有效进行全胃肠道减压,减轻腹胀,促进肠蠕动,治疗急性小肠梗阻作用显著。Objective To explore the effect of via gastroscope ileus tube in acute small intestinal obstruction.Method From May 2006 to August 2009 in Xinhua hospital affiliated to Dalian university,26 patients of acute small intestinal obstruction were treated with via gastroscope ileus tube decompression.Results After（2.0±1.5） days of ileus tube decompression（P0.05）,26 patients were discharged without complication or reoperation.Conclusions The ileus tube can more effectively drain digestive juice,relieve intestinal dilatation and promote intestinal peristalsis.The ileus tube has a notably treatment effect to the patients of acute small intestinal obstruction.
