我国产学研合作转型升级趋势分析

摘　　要：在产学研合作发展过程中,不同企业、区域和国家在不同时期形成了各具特色的模式。从总体上看,产学研合作模式呈现出从短期向长期、从松散走向紧密、从技术单向流动向双向流动的发展趋势。本文通过对产学研合作主体、过程、方式、动力、趋势等方面的考察,对产学研合作的发展脉络进行梳理。From the beginning of university-industry cooperation, there is almost over half a century. In the development process, university-industry cooperative mode has its own characteristics in different times, different companies, different regions, different countries. However, generally speaking, cooperative mode is always developing from short-term to long-term, from loose to tight, from one-way flow of technology toward two-way flow. Through tF^e investigation on the cooperative subjects, cooperative process, cooperative method, cooperative motives, cooperative trends, this article summarizes the development path of university-industry cooperation, and further puts forward the upgrading and evolution road of university-industry cooperation from from extensive to intensive transformation.
