摘 要:[目的]研究Fenton法氧化降解微污染水体水中微囊藻毒素MC-LR的效果。[方法]采用Fenton氧化法对微污染水中MC-LR的降解效果进行试验研究,考察H2O2与Fe2+投加浓度、pH值、藻毒素初始浓度、反应时间等各种因素对降解效果的影响。同时,对影响水中MC-LR的Fenton氧化过程的相关因素进行初步探讨。[结果]在藻毒素MC-LR浓度0.31mg/L时,试验得到的最佳去除工艺条件为H2O2起始浓度0.30mmol/L,[H2O2]/[FeSO4]摩尔比30∶1,pH值4.0,反应温度(24±2)℃,反应60min后,去除率可达到90.30%。[结论]Fenton法在一定反应条件下可有效降解微囊藻毒素MC-LR。[Objective] The efficiency of the Fenton oxidation on the degradation of microcystins MC-LR in slightly polluted water was analyzed.[Method] The experiment in the effect of the Fenton oxidation on the degradation of MC-LR in slightly polluted water was conducted and the concentration of H2O2 and Fe2+-adding,the pH value,the initial concentration of microcystin,the reaction time and others affecting the degradation effect was measured.Meanwhile,the related factor related to the process of Fenton oxidation degrading MC-LR in water was also discussed.[Results] The optimal condition was the initial concentration of H2O2 was 0.30 mmol/L,the molar ratio of [H2O2]/[FeSO4] was 30∶1,the pH value was 4.0,the reaction temperature was(24±2)℃ and the reaction time was 60 minutes while the concentration of microcystin MC-LR was 0.31 mg/L,so that the removal rate of MC-LR was 90.30%.[Conclusion] The microcystin MC-LR could be effectively degraded through the Fenton Oxidation under certain condition.
