摘 要:对机械加工生产线规划技术进行了研究。根据生产线规划所涉及的技术关键要素,系统地研究了加工对象的几何属性、工艺属性、工艺排序及优化、设备选型和生产线平衡等问题,基于生产线规划中的工艺约束运用多色集合理论建立相应的数学模型,提出了一套实施生产线规划技术的实用方法,有效地避免了生产线规划中的组合爆炸问题。以某企业桥壳机械加工生产线为例进行了验证,结果表明该方法较大幅度地提高了生产线平衡率和设备利用率。A study is conducted on machining production line planning in this paper.Specifically,aiming at the key technical factors involved in production line planning,the issues of geometric attributes and process attributes of machined objects,process sequencing and optimization,equipment selection and production line balancing etc.are systematically studied.A relevant mathematical model is built based on the process constraints in production line planning and by applying polychromatic sets theory.A practical method for implementing production line planning technique is put forward,effectively getting rid of combinatorial explosion in production line planning.Finally the scheme is applied to a real case of axle housing machining line in an enterprise for validation and the results indicate that it raises both the balance rate and equipment utilization rate of production line in a fairly big margin.
