摘  要:试验研究了不同水平斑地锦入侵后,马铃薯LK99不同生育期形态和光合特性的变化。结果表明:LK99生长、光合特性和色素含量受入侵程度和入侵期协同影响。1/3:1水平入侵对LK99生长和光合特性影响很小;1:1水平下,LK99株高增大,茎粗减小,叶面积变大,根生长减慢,表现徒长趋势,其净光合速率和蒸腾速率降低;1:3水平下,LK99株高、茎粗、叶面积和根生长减慢,净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率和光合色素含量降低。This experimental studied the effect of different levels of Euphorbia supine Raf.invasion on potato LK99 growth and photosynthetic characteristics at different growth stages.The results showed that:LK99 growth, photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthetic pigment levels are coordinated influence with invasion extent and invasion stages.1/3:1 level invasion have little effect on LK99 growth and photosynthetic characteristics; 1:1 level lead LK99 plant height increased, stem diameter decreased,leaf area increased, root growth slow, and showing clear leggy trend, the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased; 1:3 level lead LK99 plant height, stem diameter, leaf area and root growth slowing, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency and photosynthetic pigment levels was significantly lowerthan the control.
