南京市某高校教职工健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的通过健康体检了解某高校教职工的身体健康状况,增强其自我保健意识。方法对某高校2008年健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果某高校教职工高发的前5位疾病是:超重及肥胖、心电图异常、高血脂、血压升高、脂肪肝。结论与生活方式相关的代谢紊乱性疾病已经成为危害健康的重要因素,每年1次的健康体检非常必要,通过体检发现问题要及时干预,以此提高教职工的健康水平和生活质量。Objective To understand the teachers＇ health status through physical examinations in order to strengthen their self-health care consciousness. Methods The data of the physical examinations for the teachers in 2008 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Overweight and obesity, electrocardiographic changes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and fatty liver were in high incidence in order in this crowd. Conclusions We should pay more attention to teachers＇ health and the annual health physical examination is very indispensable.
