摘　　要：文章首先从巴西电力工业改革的原因出发阐述了其改革对我国的借鉴意义,然后简要叙述了巴西电力工业改革的背景,对巴西电力工业改革的两个方面即私有化改革和电力市场模式选择分别从详细的历程、选择的模式以及各自的特点进行了详细阐述,最后针对这两个方面分别指出了对我国电力工业改革的启示。First article from the electric power industry reform in Brazil starting on the reasons for the reform of China＇s reference,and then a brief description of the Brazilian power industry reform in the context of the Brazilian power industry reform,that is,two aspects of the reform and privatization of the electricity market model selection separately from the detailed process of selection of the model and their characteristics in detail,and finally separately for these two areas points out the reform of China＇s power industry insight.
