摘  要:为了进一步揭示牛奶MUN浓度与日粮能量蛋白、牛乳乳质的相互关系,检测分析了荷斯坦奶牛与娟姗奶牛牛奶的尿素氮(MUN)含量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率。结果表明,荷斯坦奶牛的MUN测定浓度极显著高于参考值(P<0.01),娟姗奶牛的MUN测定浓度与参考值之间差异不显著(P>0.05);MUN浓度与乳蛋白率、乳脂率呈负相关(P>0.05),娟姗奶牛MUN浓度与乳质的相关系数绝对值比荷斯坦奶牛的大。可见,荷斯坦奶牛处于能量蛋白代谢失衡状态,而娟姗奶牛的能量蛋白代谢基本平衡,且娟姗奶牛MUN浓度对乳质的影响程度较荷斯坦奶牛的大。In order to study the correlation among concentration of MUN,ratio of energy-protein in daily diet and quality of milk,the MUN content,rate of milk fat,rate of milk protein in milk samples of Holstein and Jersey cow were analyzed and the correlation coefficient among these indices was worked out.The results showed that the measured concentration of MUN in milk of Holstein cow was significantly higher than that of reference values,while that of Jersey cow had no significant difference(P〉0.05).There was negative correlation between MUN concentration,rate of milk fat and rate of milk protein(P 〉0.05),but the absolute value of correlation coefficient between MUN concentration and milk quality in milk of Holstein cow was higher than that in Jersey cow.These results indicated that the Holstein cow was in the imbalance state of energy-protein,while Jersey cow was normal and its MUN concentration had stronger effect on the quality of milk than the Holstein cow.
