摘  要:以N-甲基咪唑和1-溴丁烷为原料,经两步反应制备离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐的合成实验作为化学、材料等相关专业高年级本科生或研究生的实验教学内容。实验以水作为反应介质,无需对中间产物进行分离纯化,简单的实验条件下便可完成实验。产物经FTIR1、H-NMR表征,纯度和收率皆较高。通过实验,不仅可以让学生了解离子液体制备的相关知识,还可以向学生介绍水相有机反应、"一锅法"合成等绿色化学的基本概念。With N-methylimidazole and 1-bromobutane as the raw materials,the two-step synthetic experiment of ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was designed as experimental teaching content for senior undergraduates or postgraduates majoring in chemistry,materials,or others related.The experiment was performed with water as reaction medium under simple conditions and no intermediate products were isolated and purified.The product was characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR,and with good purity and yield.The experimental process impel students to understand knowledge of preparation of ionic liquids,and the introduction of the basic concepts of green chemistry such as organic reactions in water and one-pot processes as well.
