摘　　要：介绍了华中农业大学作为较早资助大学生开展科技创新和首批实施"国家大学生创新实验计划"的高校之一,从实践条件、导师队伍、创新氛围、制度建设入手,系统构建创新平台,着力培养创新性人才的各种举措及其效果。This article introduced that Huazhong Agriculture University is as the lead in supporting college students＇ innovation in science and technology and tries to set up a favorable platform for cultivating innovative talents from the aspects of system,guiding staff and supporting hardware.
