摘　　要：通过将科研课题中较为成熟的内容引入到HPLC实验教学中来,探讨了类似于高效液相色谱仪等大型仪器实验教学内容的设置与更新,提高实验教学效率,提高学生的理论与实际结合能力、科研创新能力的方法和途径。This paper introduced the mature aspects of research subjects into the content of the HPLC experimental teaching,explored how to set up and update teaching content and enhance the teaching quality of high performance liquid chromatography experiments,the ways of improving students＇ ability of combining theory with practice and the creativity in scientific research.
