强化高校实验室建设中的资产管理

摘　　要：高校实验室是高校资产投入较多的方向之一,特别是理工科高校实验室建设,资金投入量大,所需设备品种繁多,除房屋建筑物外高校增量资产形成的主要渠道。在高校实验室建设中加强资产管理,要切中要害,要在实验室购、建项目的过程中进行管理。通过建立切实可行的运行机制,强化集体决策和柔性管理的力度,防止高校实验室建设中一言堂、暗箱操作等诟病,才能真正保障高校投资实验室形成的新增资产发挥应有的作用和效能,实现强化高校实验室建设中资产管理的关键作用。Universities,especially universities of science and technology,usually spend much money on laboratories which need more investment and different equipments.The laboratories are important incremental assets,only second to real estate.It is important to strengthen the assets management,especially in the process of laboratory construction and equipment purchase.The practical operation system,collective decision-making and flexible management,which can truly guarantee the new incremental assets in university laboratories to play the due role and effectiveness,should be the good way to avoid one person alone having the say and the black-box operation in the project.Therefore,it is of practical significance to strengthen the management assets while building up university laboratories.
