摘　　要：随着微生物学相关专业招生人数增加,微生物学实验室人员密度与使用频率逐年升高,如何安全高效利用微生物学实验室,值得实验室管理者思考。基于多年微生物学实验室管理经验,指出实行实验室的准入制度,实验安全操作规范制度,实验室定期消毒灭菌制度与微生物菌种保藏制度可有效保证实验室的生物安全问题,通过实行实验预约申请制度可高效利用微生物学实验室。With the increase of enrollment in the microbiology-related disciplines personnel density and use frequency in microbiology laboratory increases year by year,safe and efficient use of microbiology laboratory is worth thinking for laboratory managers.Based on years of experience in microbiology laboratory management,pointing out that the implementation of the access system for the laboratory,the safe operation normative systems,laboratory regular disinfection and sterilization system and microorganisms species preservation system can effectively guarantee the laboratory bio-safety issues,experimental appointment system can improve the use efficency of microbiology laboratory.
