摘  要:目的:对健康中年人最大心率(HRmax)的推算公式"HRmax=220-年龄"进行验证,并找到合适的运动负荷试验法。方法:以健康中年人为研究对象,所有受试者进行了功率车递增负荷试验(BGXT);经BGXT筛选的人群进行了跑台递增负荷试验(TGXT),直接获得HRmax。结果:BGXT和TGXT测出的健康中年人HRmax无性别差异(P>0.05);TGXT与BGXT测得的HRmax有明显的差异(P<0.05);TGXT实测HRmax有与"220-年龄"推算值无显著性差异(P>0.05),参加TGXT人群和未参加TGXT人群的BGXT结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康中年人的最大心率不存在性别差异;跑台试验所测最大心率值明显高于功率车试验结果,采用功率车计功器测试中年人的最大心率准确性差;"220-年龄"仅适用于功能能力高的健康中年人。Objective:To validate the calculation of maximal heart rate (HRmax)and find the best GXT for the middle - aged healthy people. Methods: All the subjects took the bicycle graded exercise testing(BGXT). 20 of them with good health seceleted from BGXT took atreadmill graded exercise testing (TGXT). Results:There is no different between the males' HRmax and the females' whether with BGXT or TGXT( P 〉 0.05) .The HRmax from the BGXT is different from the TGXT( P 〈 0.05) .The HRmax, from the BGXT is different from the Formula of "HRmax = 220 - Age" ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : There is no different between the males' HRm~ and the females'. The HRmax From the BGXT is significantly lower than that from the TGXT, and the BGXT is not fit for the testing of the HRmax of middle - aged healthy people .The calculation of "220 - Age" is just fit for the middle - aged healthy people with high functional capacity.
