摘　　要：加快高校产业化进程,建立产学研一体化技术创新机制,是目前拓展就业渠道,促进就业工作的新模式。从驻保高校产业化发展现状出发,从技术优势、人才优势和校企合作优势3个方向阐述了通过驻保高校产业化拓展就业渠道的影响和意义,最后通过具体案例介绍了拓展就业渠道的途径手段。Speeding up the industrialization process of universities,and establishing the technology innovation mechanism of the integration of industry,teaching and research is a new mode of expanding employment channels and promoting employment at present.From the development status of industrialization of universities in Baoding,the impact and significance of expanding employment channels through the industrialization of universities are described from the aspects of technical advantages,talent superiority and advantages of cooperation between university and enterprise.The ways of expanding employment channels are introduced through specific cases.
