摘 要:干热河谷地区造林成活率低一直是困扰国内学者的难题之一,其中影响其成活的关键因子之一就是土壤水分。本研究以新银合欢(Leucaena leucocephala)、车桑子(Dodonaea viscosa)为盆栽供试树种,在大棚进行控水试验,分析水分和光照因子对其光合速率的影响。结果表明:植物的净光合速率与土壤水分关系密切,二者呈二次多项式关系;在不同土壤水分条件下,光合速率对光强的响应相差很大,模拟关系也不尽相同,净光合速率的最大值在不同土壤含水率时相差也十分大,光合速率的光补偿点与土壤含水率基本无关;两个树种的净光合速率与光合有效辐射均呈二次多项式模拟关系,相关极显著。Low survival rate of afforestation is always one of problems in dry-hot valley.One of the key factors is water content in the soil.Potted Leucaena leucocephala and Dodonaea viscosa was experimented as tested species for water control to study influence of water and illumination on net photosynthesis rate(Pn).The results showed that net photosynthesis rate had close relation with soil water and the relationship was quadratic polynomial.Water control experiment demonstrated that light response of Pn had great difference to photosynthetically available radiation(PAR) under different soil water content(SWC) and simulation relations were also different.The maximum of Pn was greatly differed in different SWC,the light compensation point had no relation with SWC.The experiment resulted that the Pn of two tested species had quadratic polynomial relations with PAR and the correlation was obvious.
